Toxicokinetic study
IPHASE is committed to providing professional toxicological research services for the registration of drugs, cosmetics, medical devices, disinfection products and pesticides. The purpose of toxicokinetic test research is to know the systemic exposure degree and duration of the test substance at different dose levels in the toxicity test, and predict the potential risk of the test substance in human exposure. The research is often carried out through an appropriate number of animals and dose groups.
service content
By measuring the kinetic parameters (such as AUC, Vd, K, CL, F, Ka, Cmax, Tmax, etc.) and using mathematical models, the kinetic laws of absorption, distribution, metabolism and elimination (ADME) of exogenous compounds in the body are analyzed and studied, and the relationship and mechanism between the exposure dose and exposure time of target organs are revealed.
