● Physical and chemical properties: including dynamic solubility of simulated gastrointestinal fluid, determination of plasma protein (tissue homogenate, liver microsomes and hepatocytes) binding rate by equilibrium dialysis/ultrafiltration

● Drug absorption and transportation: evaluation of transporter substrate, Caco-2 cell permeability, MDCKII cell permeability, IC50 determination: P-gp, BCRP, BSEP, OATP1B1, etc

● Drug metabolism: CYP/UGT phenotype identification, liver microsome/liver S9/liver cell metabolic stability, plasma stability, whole blood stability, etc

● Drug interaction: enzyme inhibition test, enzyme induction test (cell viability test), etc

●  Metabolite identification: liver microsome/S9/hepatocyte metabolite identification, liver microsome/S9/hepatocyte metabolite spectrum analysis, etc
